What happens after I sign up for a SIM-only mobile plan?

After you sign up for one of our SIM-only mobile plans and you have successfully completed the ID verification either during the website sign up or afterwards. If you have chosen a Physical SIM, we will dispatch a SIM card within 24 hours on business days.  

This SIM card is a triple punch SIM card that will fit any phone.

If you have chosen an eSIM or when you receive the SIM card, you can activate your sim here.

SIM Delivery Time Frames: 

Your SIM is sent free via Australia Post standard delivery and should arrive within 10 business days after fulfilment. You’ll receive an email with your tracking details. You can check your tracking number and Australia Post's current delivery timeframes on their website.
