Interpreting Service

If you're d/Deaf or find it hard to hear or speak to hearing people on the phone, you can make a call through the National Relay Service (free service).

If English isn't your first language, you can access personal translating and interpreting services through TIS National (fees apply).

You can call us during support hours on 1800 733 368, or login to our Customer Portal any time to manage your service, submit a service or billing enquiry, request a payment extension, or log a case with our technical support team.

Alternatively, jump onto Live Chat in the bottom righthand corner of our website for 24-hour technical support Monday to Friday, or 8am - 8pm Saturday to Sunday (AEST).
