Domestic and family violence is any abusive behaviour that is used to control someone in a family, family-like or intimate relationship, and makes that person afraid for their safety and wellbeing or the safety of another person. Domestic and family violence may include (but is not limited to):

  • Physical violence
  • Emotional and/or psychological abuse
  • Sexual assault or domestic sexual violence
  • Economic and financial abuse
  • Use of unwelcome communications or technology-facilitated abuse
  • Threats, intimidation, or coercion or control that causes harm

Clearing your browser history can help protect your privacy if you're concerned someone may be monitoring your device. Here's how to do it on common browsers:

Chrome, Firefox and Edge (Windows): Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete.
