How to check your mobile usage

You can view your live mobile usage in your customer portal or by texting 'bal' to '179'. Please keep an eye on this if you are concerned about using all your included monthly plan allowances.

If you use up all the data included in your monthly plan, your mobile data service will be paused until the start of your next billing cycle, unless you purchase a data add-on.

You'll receive SMS alerts when you reach approximately 50%, 85%, and 100% of your monthly data allowance.

Additionally, you can check your data usage in the CommBank app by following these steps:

1.      Download and open the CommBank app on your smartphone.

2.      Log in using your customer number and password.

3.      Tap on 'Accounts' to view your linked accounts.

4.      Select your mobile account to see detailed usage information.

5.      Navigate to 'Data Usage' to check your current data usage and remaining balance.
