How do I see my More services in the CommBank app?

To view your More service(s) in the CommBank app, you’ll first need to link your More account.
  1. Ensure you have the latest version of the CommBank App. To update the app yourself, go to Google Play or the App Store, search for the CommBank app, and tap 'Update'.
  2. Tap the ‘Accounts’ tab, scroll to the bottom and tap ‘Link and manage extra services’. If you have already linked your More services they should show under the ‘Services’ heading.
  3. Tap the ‘Link existing account’ button under the More mobile or More nbn® depending on what service you have.
  4. Tap the ‘Let’s do it’ button and follow the promopts to share your More account details and link your account.
  5. Log into your More account and tap ‘Agree’ to the conditions to initiate an identity verification’
  6. To view your More account in your CommBank app, click on the ‘Accounts’ tab and then scroll down to ‘Services’. 
Your account is now linked with the CommBank app!
