How do I remove the Shared Number plan from my Smartwatch on my iOS mobile device?

To remove the Shared Number plan from your iOS Smartwatch, follow these steps:

  1. Open the ‘Watch’ app, select ‘Cellular’ and then ‘Telstra’ under Cellular Plan. A pop-up will appear, select ‘Manage Telstra Account’.

  2. A form will open on your mobile device screen. Select the ‘Remove’ button.

  3. Read the ‘Terms and Conditions’ and select ‘Accept & Remove Device’ button.

  4. Your Smartwatch device will be removed. Select the ‘Done’ button exit out of the form.

To check if your Shared Number plan has been removed, go to ‘Cellular’ in the Watch app and under ‘Cellular plan’ it should say ‘removed’.

Please Note:

  • If you disconnect your smartwatch, you have 72 hours to reconnect another device without incurring an additional monthly fee for your Shared Number plan.
  • You can disconnect and reconnect your smartwatch three times within a 24-hour period before being blocked for 24 hours. If you want to reconnect another device after being blocked, you'll need to wait 24 hours from your initial connection.
  • If you’re having any issues, try hard closing the app and reopening it
