How do I remove my Shared Number plan from my Smartwatch on my Android mobile device?

To remove the Shared Number plan from your smartwatch using your Android mobile device, follow these steps:

  1. Ensure your smartwatch is connected to Bluetooth on your mobile

  2. Open the ‘Galaxy Wearable’ app, select ‘Watch settings’ then ‘Mobile plans’, and then ‘Manage subscriptions’.

  3. A form - see the example below -  will open on your mobile device screen. Select the ‘Remove’ button.

  4. Read the ‘Terms and Conditions’ and select the ‘Accept & Remove Device’ button, (see example below):

  5. Your smartwatch device will be removed. Select the ‘Done’ button to exit out of the form, (see example below):

To check if your mobile plan has been removed, go to ‘Mobile plans’ in your watch settings and refer to the state under ‘Service State’. It should be ‘Service removed’.

Please Note:

  • If you disconnect your smartwatch, you have 72 hours to reconnect another device without incurring an additional monthly fee for your Shared Number plan.
  • You can disconnect and reconnect your smartwatch three times within a 24-hour period before being blocked for 24 hours. If you want to reconnect another device after being blocked, you'll need to wait 24 hours from your initial connection.
  • If you’re having any issues, try hard closing the app and reopening it.
