Can I change mobile plans?

At More we give our customers the ability to change mobile plans at any time as we understand your data allowance needs may change overtime. This is a quick and easy process you can do yourself in our Self Care Portal. 

  1. 1. Log into the Self Care Portal.
  2. Hover over the ‘Mobile’ tab and select ‘Mobile Services’ or 'Manage Mobile' from the dropdown.
  3. Click the ‘View’ button on your applicable mobile service.
  4. Select the ‘Change’ button, then 'Change Plan'.
  5. Select your preferred plan from the 'New Plan' dropdown and the 'Confirm' button to complete your request

Your new plan will kick in on our plan reset date. Alternatively you can top up your data instead to get you by until your reset date. 

Select 'Purchase Add On', 'Activate 3GB Data Top-Up' (once).
