Is passkey-based multi-factor authentication mandatory?

No, setting up passkey-based multi-factor authentication (MFA) is not mandatory for all customers logging into the More portal.

You can log in using a one-time PIN by following these steps:

1. Enter your details

Enter the email and mobile number linked to your More account and select 'Login with a one-time PIN'.

2. Verify your identity

We’ll send a one-time PIN to your mobile for you to enter to verify it’s really you.

3. Login complete

Once verified, you’ll be securely logged into the portal.
