I received a SIM pack in a Commbank branch. What do I do next?

To get started you will need: 
 
  • ID documents to enable us to verify your identity (e.g. your driver’s license or Australian passport)
  • Your mobile phone number and either your D.O.B or account number of your current provider, if you are transferring your existing phone number to More. 
 
Once you are ready, follow these simple steps to complete your sign up and get connected.  
 
  1. Select and purchase your new SIM plan
    Add one of our 4G or 5G mobile plans to your cart, set up your account and complete the purchase via the checkout. You can select your SIM plan here.

  2. Activate your SIM
    Login to the Self Care Portal to activate your new SIM card. Choose to keep your number or select a new one.

  3. You’re ready to go!
    Once your new SIM is activated, pop the SIM in your device and you're all set!
