I'm an existing More & CommBank customer, how do I see my More services in the CommBank app?

To view and manage your More service(s) in the CommBank app, you’ll need to link your More account.

How to link your More account in the CommBank app

  1. Log onto the latest version of the CommBank app
  2. Tap Accounts, scroll to the bottom and tap Link & manage extra services
  3. Tap Link existing account
  4. Login to your More account. Make sure you use the email address and primary mobile number you signed up with.
  5. Tap Agree to link your account.
