How do I set up passkey-based multi-factor authentication in the portal?

Follow these steps to set up passkey-based multifactor authentication (MFA) in the More portal:

1. Log in to the portal

Access the More portal via our website. Enter the email and mobile number linked to your account and select 'Log in with a One-Time PIN'.

2. Verify your identity

Enter the one-time PIN sent to your mobile to confirm it’s really you.

3. Start MFA setup

A pop-up will appear asking if you'd like to enable a passkey. Select 'Enable'.

A passkey is a secure MFA method that allows you to sign in using Face ID, fingerprint, or your device PIN.

4. Choose where to save your passkey

You’ll be prompted to choose where to create and store your passkey. Select one of the following options:

  • This Windows device
  • Phone, iPad, or Android device
  • Security key

Then select 'Continue'.

5. Complete setup on your selected device

Depending on your selection, you may be asked to continue setup on the same device or switch to another device. Follow the on-screen prompts.

6. Finish setup

Complete the on-screen instructions to create your passkey.

Once setup is complete, you’ll be signed in and MFA will be enabled for future logins.
