How do I change my details in the More portal?

Only your email address and mobile number can be updated via the More portal. 

 
If you need to change your First and/or Last name, you will need to call 13 66 73.

 
 
To change your email or mobile number in the More portal, follow these steps:
 
  • Log into your More portal.
  • Click on Account (top right corner of the dashboard screen)
  • Click on the Account info option from the dropdown menu.
  • Click Edit (pencil icon) and follow the prompts to update your details.
