How do I add or remove my passkey for the portal?

Remove your passkey

To remove your passkey multi-factor authentication login method, you need to:

1. Login to the More web portal.
2. Select the ‘Account’ tab and then ‘Passkeys’.
3. Select ‘Remove’ next to your passkey.
4. We’ll send a one-time PIN to your mobile for you to enter to verify this request.

This will remove the device passkey from your account, and you will only be able to log-in using the one-time PIN (OTP) method.

Add a passkey

To manually add a passkey multi-factor authentication login method you need to:

1. Login to the More web portal.
2. Select the ‘Account’ tab and then ‘Passkeys’.
3. Select the ‘Add’ button.
4. Follow the on-screen prompts to add your passkey.
