CommBank customers are entitled to a CommBank discount on a maximum of 2 nbn® services per More account, whether under this offer or any other More nbn® offer.

 

Do I need to continue using a CommBank payment method to maintain the discount?

Yes, to continue enjoying the discount, you must pay for the nbn® service with an eligible CommBank payment method.

 

When does the 12 months start if I purchase multiple services?

The 12 months is a promotional period and commences from the day each nbn® service signed up under this offer is activated.

 

Can I cancel partway through and return later to use the remaining discounted months?

This offer is offered on a no fixed term contract. You are free to cancel at any time, however, cancelling your service within the Promotional Period forfeits any remaining months of 20% off nbn® plan fees. Cancelling your service after the Promotional Period forfeits the Ongoing Discount. If you sign up to a More nbn® plan under this offer and subsequently cancel your service at any time, you will not be eligible to receive the offer again.

 

What if I move house partway through the 12 months promotional period?

The offer can be transferred to a new address if you relocate during the 12-month promotional period.

 

Do I need to continue using a CommBank payment method to maintain the discount, and what happens if my payment method changes during the promotion period?

Yes, to continue enjoying the discount, you must pay for the nbn® service with an eligible CommBank payment method. If your payment method changes to an ineligible one during the first 12 months, the discount is forfeited for any months paid with the ineligible method. However, if an eligible payment method is reinstated within the Promotion Period, any remaining discounted months will be reinstated (no extensions granted for forfeited months). If the payment method changes to an ineligible one after the initial 12 months, the ongoing discount is forfeited entirely, and access to the offer is revoked from the following month with no capacity to reinstate it.
