What is the offer for Mobile Broadband (MBB) plans?

$5 off MBB plan fees for the first 12 months, followed by an 10% discount. View our mobile broadband plans to learn more. 

 

Who is eligible for this offer?

This offer is available to CommBank customers who sign up for a new More MBB service between 01/03/2024 - 31/08/2024 and use a CommBank credit or debit card for online bill payments.

 

Are there any limitations to the offer? The offer applies to plan fees only, excluding add-ons.

It is valid for new personal MBB services only. Additionally, customers must activate the purchased service within 30 days to retain the offer discounts.

 

What is the maximum number of services eligible for the offer?

CommBank customers can enjoy the offer on a maximum of 2 MBB services per More account, whether under this offer or any other More MBB offer. How long must customers continue to pay with an eligible CommBank payment method? To retain the benefits, customers must continue to pay for the service using an eligible CommBank payment method.

 

When does the 12-month promotional period start for multiple services?

The 12-month promotional period begins from the day your initial MBB service, signed up under this offer, is activated. For any subsequent MBB services added under this offer, the promotional period commences from the day each additional service is activated.

 

Can I cancel my service during the promotional period and still retain the remaining discounted months?

No, the offer operates on a month-to-month contract. While you can cancel at any time, canceling forfeits any remaining discounted months and the ongoing 10% discount. If you cancel and subsequently sign up again, you won't be eligible for the offer.

 

What happens if my payment method changes during the first 12 months?

If your payment method becomes ineligible during the initial 12 months, the discount is forfeited for months paid with the ineligible method. If an eligible method is reinstated within the promotional period, any remaining discounted months will be reinstated, with no extensions granted for forfeited months. What if my payment method changes to an ineligible one after the 12-month promotion period? If the payment method becomes ineligible after the 12 months, the ongoing discount is entirely forfeited, and access to the offer is revoked from the following month, without the possibility of reclaiming it.
