Who is eligible for the 20% off Home Voice plan fees offer? 

This offer was available to CommBank customers who signed up for a new More Home Voice service between 01/03/2024 and 31/05/2025 using a CommBank credit or debit card for online bill payments. 

What does the offer include?

Previously, the offer included a 20% discount on Home Voice plan fees for the first 12 months, followed by a continued 10% discount. 

Are there any current Voice discounts available?

No. As of 1 June 2025, the ATL Voice offer has been removed entirely. Voice services remain available but without any CommBank promotional discounts.

Can I combine this offer with other Voice discounts?

No. This offer could not be used in conjunction with any other Voice offer or discount. 

What happens if I cancel my service and return later?

Customers who cancel their Home Voice service during the promotional period forfeit any remaining discounted months. Rejoining after cancellation does not reinstate the offer. 

What if I move house during the 12-month promotional period?

If you moved house while the offer was active, the discount could be transferred to your new address. 

What if my payment method changes to an ineligible one during the promotional period (first 12 months)?

If your payment method changed during the promotional period, the discount was forfeited for those months. Reinstating an eligible method within the period would restore the remaining discount months.
