Should I select ‘new’ or ‘transfer’ for my nbn® order?

During checkout when ordering an nbn® service you will be asked whether your order is a ‘New’ or ‘Transfer’ order.

You should select ‘New’ if your address has never been connected to nbn® before or if you’re activating a new nbn® service at your service address where you haven’t previously had an nbn® service. 

You should select ‘Transfer’ if you’re switching your active nbn® service at the same address from your existing service provider to More.
