How do I find my AVC ID?

FOR EXISTING MORE CUSTOMERS
 
From 18 January 2025, you can find your unique AVC ID for your More nbn® service: 

1. On your bill.
• Scroll down to your ‘Internet summary’ and your AVC ID will be displayed underneath your service address. 



2. In the Self Care Portal
• Hover over the ‘Internet’ tab and click ‘Manage my nbn®. Your AVC ID will be displayed against your service.



Please note: It may take up to 24 hours after your service becomes active for us to obtain your AVC ID from NBN Co. 

If it’s been over 24 hours since your service has become active and you require your AVC ID, please contact our Customer Service team on 13 66 73. 
 
 

FOR NEW CUSTOMERS JOINING MORE

If you are transferring from another nbn® provider to More, you’ll need to provide your AVC ID during checkout or later through the Self Care Portal to process your order. You can typically find your AVC ID in the following places: 

• On your current provider’s bill 
• In your current provider’s app or portal 

If you’re unable to locate your AVC ID, we recommend contacting your current provider, as we cannot retrieve it for you.
