More's travel packs are a once-off add-on which provides customers with a fixed allocation of standard voice calls, SMS and data for use in over 65 eligible countries, for the duration of the pack.
Commenting on the new roaming allowances, More CEO Andrew Branson said “our lives are becoming more data intensive than ever, and this does not change when we go overseas.”
“We understand that customers still want to keep in touch with family and friends via WhatsApp, upload to Instagram, avoid getting lost with Google Maps and stream the latest music on Spotify so that's why we've introduced these new allowances.
“Our new and improved international roaming packs are designed to provide our customers with enhanced data capabilities and extended durations, ensuring they can enjoy a more reliable overseas mobile experience. The new packs come with a higher amount of included data, providing better value per GB of data” Branson continued.
“Our new roaming packs are available across all our mobile plans currently available for sign-up on our website, and make it easy to track your data usage in our portal and by receiving SMS messages when 50%, 85% and 100% of a travel pack inclusion is reached. Customers can keep their number and avoid waiting in long airport queues to buy a local SIM card.
“Whether it’s laying by the pool in Bali, skiing in Canada or enjoying Aperols in Italy – these data packs make it easier for our customers to connect, stream, upload and browse while travelling abroad in over 65 countries” Branson concluded.
