These offers are available to CommBank Yello customers who are part of the relevant Everyday, Everyday Plus, or Homeowner benefit set. If you're an existing More customer interested in transitioning to a CommBank Yello offer and you meet the other eligibility criteria, this can easily be arranged by contacting our customer service team and providing your CommBank Yello offer code.
When is the sign-up period for these offers?
Eligible customers can sign up between 01/03/2024 and 30/06/2025
How can I sign up for this offer?
Simply enter the unique offer code found in the CommBank app at checkout on the specific offer landing page (Everyday/Everyday Plus/Homeowner offer landing page). Be sure you use a CommBank credit or debit card as your online bill payment method.
How many offer codes can I use?
One offer code is available per eligible CommBank customer, and codes expire on 30/06/2025 at 11:59 pm AET.
How do I access my unique offer code?You should receive your unique offer code for your relevant CommBank benefit set via the CommBank app. This unique offer code may be used to access both CommBank Yello nbn® and mobile offers, subject to you meeting the eligibility criteria for each offer. If you change to another CommBank Yello benefit set, you will be provided with a new unique offer code via the CommBank app which can be used to sign up to any remaining discounted services under offers available within that benefit set, subject to the limit of 2 nbn® and 5 mobile services. All unique offer codes expire on 30/06/2025 at 11:59 pm AET.
Is the offer applicable to business mobile services?
No, the offer is only valid for personal mobile &/or nbn® services.
Are there any limitations on the number of services eligible for the CommBank discount?
Yes, CommBank Yello customers are entitled to a CommBank discount on a maximum of 2 nbn® and 5 mobile services per More account. In addition, once a discount code has been used for an account, it cannot be shared and used on another account.
What are the conditions to maintain the offer?
To maintain the offer, customers must continue to meet the eligibility requirements of the CommBank Yello benefit set they originally qualified for and pay for the mobile &/or nbn® service with an eligible CommBank online bill payment method.
What if my payment method changes during the first 12 months of the promotion?
If your payment method becomes ineligible during the first 12 months, the discount is forfeited for the months paid with the ineligible method. If you reinstate an eligible CommBank online bill payment method within the Promotion Period, any remaining discounted months will be reinstated, but no extensions are granted for forfeited discounted months.
What if my payment method changes after the 12-month promotion period?
If your payment method becomes ineligible after the 12 months, the ongoing discount is forfeited entirely. Access to the offer is revoked from the following month, and there is no capacity to reclaim it.
