More Launches On-Bill Donation Partnership

Small Change Big Change

Fast-growing Australian Telco, More, today launched an on-bill donation partnership with Small Change Big Change.

An initiative of Telco Together Foundation, donations will support education and engagement programs via Red Dust, Beacon Foundation and Reach Out.

More makes it easy for customers to add a $1 donation to their monthly bill - 100% of which is delivered to the Foundation.

More Managing Director, Andrew Branson, said the business was thrilled to launch this partnership and create positive change and help to build resilient young Australians.

“As a growing member of the telecommunications industry, we fully appreciate the difference we can make to the community,” said Branson.

“We look forward to making a significant positive impact and we encourage every customer to opt-in as it’s so easy and can make an enormous difference,” he said.

Telco Together Foundation’s Marketing and Program Manager, Michael Goschnick, revealed the Foundation has attracted approximately 20,000 regular monthly donors to date and raised more than $2.7M towards education and engagement programs.

“To give you a sense of the impact we can provide, $30 can help up to eight young Australians who may be going through a mental health challenge, get the responsive and effective online mental health resources they need,” said Michael.

“With $75 we can help one young Aboriginal Australian who is living in a remote indigenous community, get access to positive role models, delivering an engaging, school-based health and wellbeing program that focuses on nutrition, physical activity, aspiration, resilience, identity and cultural strength.

“Funding of just $125 can help one young Australian living in a low socioeconomic status area, prepare for employment by connecting with an online industry mentor, where they can ask questions and gain insights about their future career path,” said Michael.

The on-bill donations are currently available to all customers signing up to an nbnTM plan with More.
