More expands 5G mobile broadband offering

Published on

04 July 2023

More, one of Australia’s fast-growing telcos, is excited to give customers greater flexibility with the launch of their 100GB and 200GB 5G mobile broadband plans (capped speeds apply).* These plans are offered in addition to the existing 400GB plan launched earlier this year.

Eligible CommBank customers can leverage the bank’s strategic relationship with More by enjoying an exclusive discount of 30% More mobile broadband plans for the first 12 months followed by 10% off ongoing if they sign-up and continue to pay with a CommBank debit or credit card. This special offer reduces the monthly plan cost to $28.00 for the 100GB and $38.50 for the 200GB plans for the first 12 months.

Andrew Branson, CEO of More, expressed his excitement about the launch saying “as demand for high-speed mobile internet access continues to grow, we remain committed to finding new ways to continually cater to our customers' evolving needs.”

“The introduction of our 100GB and 200GB 5G mobile broadband packages will enable our users to seamlessly stream HD videos, game, collaborate on virtual platforms and download large files on a data package that best suits their requirements.”

“We recognise flexibility and reliability are important when selecting an internet package – that’s why all of our 5G mobile broadband plans are no lock in contract, include 7-day tech support and offer customers great reach with our mobile coverage area covering more than 98% of Australian’s on 4G and 5G” Mr Branson added.

“For eligible CommBank customers, the More 5G mobile broadband plans are some of the most competitive on the market. These customers can receive 30% off the RRP for the first 12 months and then 10% off ongoing. If you’re a CommBank customer who loves to travel and wants reliable and fast internet on the go – sign up to More” Mr Branson said.

5G mobile broadband can be set up easily with any compatible smart device. Customers will be able to insert the SIM into a compatible device such as a laptop, tablet or portable modem and follow the device instructions.

Customers also have the option to purchase an Inseego M2000 5G Mobile Hotspot for $599 including GST with free express delivery. Providing all day battery life, this hotspot allows 30 devices to be connected and is perfect for those travelling and on the road.

More uses parts of Telstra’s 5G, 4G and 3G mobile networks. The service provides 5G Coverage reaching at least 75% of the Australian population. The Telstra Wholesale mobile coverage area footprint reaches more than 98.8% of the Australian population and covers more than 1.6 million square kilometres of the Australian landmass.
