I signed up before the price increase and my nbn® hasn’t been connected, what does this mean for me?

When you signed up to your More nbn® service, you would have paid your first month’s plan fee upfront. This fee will be held as a credit on your account until your nbn® service is activated.

If your service starts before 7 July 2025, you won’t see the price adjustment until your first bill, one month after your nbn® service is activated.

If your nbn® service is activated on or after 7 July 2025, when our new nbn® plan prices are in effect, you will receive a bill to cover the difference in plan fees. For example, if you signed up for the Value Plus plan on 30 June and paid $92.00, and your service starts on 10th July, you will receive a bill for $3 to cover the difference in fees as the Value Plus is increasing to $95.00.
