What are the eligibility criteria to sign-up to CommBank Yello as a More customer

To access CommBank Yello offers as a More customer, you must meet the eligibility criteria for one of the CommBank Yello loyalty tiers as outlined in the CommBank Yello Terms and Conditions.

Once eligible, you can receive:

  • Monthly discounts for up to 36 months on new More nbn® or mobile services.
  • Monthly discounts for up to 24 months on existing More nbn® or mobile services.

You can redeem a CommBank discount on up to 2 nbn®) or 5 mobile services per account.

To redeem these offers, you must:

  • Use a CommBank credit or debit card to sign up by 30 June 2026.
  • Enter a unique offer code (provided via the CommBank app) at checkout on the More website or apply it via the More Self Care portal.
  • Continue paying with an eligible CommBank online bill payment method.
