Spend Management Tools

We’re committed to helping you stay in control of your services and spending. Whether you're using internet, mobile, or home phone/VoIP, we offer a range of tools designed to keep your experience secure and hassle-free.

 

Here’s a breakdown of tools available:

 

Internet:

  •   Usage Monitoring: All of our nbn® plans include unlimited data* meaning no excess data charges. Usage stats are available in the Customer Portal^.
  • Service Restrictions: We can suspend internet access on request.

 

Mobile:

  • Usage Alerts: SMS alerts are sent when 50%, 85%, and 100% of data or call inclusions are used.
  • Handset Settings: Use your device’s built-in features to monitor and track usage (check your device manual for more info).
  • Service Restrictions: You can limit calls, SMS, MMS, or data by contacting our Customer Service team.

 

Home & Business Phone/VoIP:

  • Outbound Call Restrictions: Block specific call types (e.g. mobile calls).
  • Temporary or Full Disconnection: Stop all inbound/outbound calls on request.

 

Additional tips:

  • Track your usage & spending in the Self Care Portal: Log into the Customer Portal to monitor your usage and manage your account.
  • Customer Service: If you have questions or need help managing your spend, you can also contact our Customer Service team.

 

*All More nbn® plans include unlimited data but are subject to the More Fair Use Policy available here.

^ Usage alerts are not in real time and may be delayed up to 24 hours after you reach the respective threshold.
