How do I apply a CommBank Yello offer code to an existing More service?

If eligible, you can apply a unique offer code to an existing service (up to the limit of 5 mobile or 2 nbn® discounted services per account).

To apply your CommBank Yello discount to an existing More nbn® or mobile service, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your More Self Care Portal at www.more.com.au.
  2. Navigate to the “My Services” section.
  3. Select the existing service (nbn® or mobile) you want to apply the discount to.
  4. Look for the option to “Apply Offer Code” or similar.
  5. Enter the unique offer code you received via the CommBank app.
  6. Confirm and submit the update.
  7. The CommBank Yello discount will be applied to your service from the next billing cycle.

IMPORTANT: if you apply a unique offer code to an existing service that is currently receiving a CommBank discount, you will forfeit any remaining discounted months available under that offer. 

Please note that to maintain your discount:

You must continue to pay using an eligible CommBank online bill payment method.
You must remain an eligible customer under CommBank Yello.
