How do I activate my SIM card?

You can activate your SIM card through the Self Care Portal.

To activate your SIM card
1.    In the Self Care Portal, log in to your account
2.    In the Mobile section, select Mobile Activations
3.    Select the SIM card you want to activate
4.    Submit your activation request

What happens next?

  • Your activation request will start the activation or number transfer process
  • If you are transferring an existing number, activation typically takes a few hours during porting hours
