The offer is for CommBank customers who sign up for a new More mobile service between March 1, 2024, and August 31, 2024, using a CommBank credit or debit card for online bill payments.

 

What's the offer?

$5 off your mobile plan fees for the first 12 months, and then a 10% discount on ongoing plan fees. Just remember, this only applies to plan fees, not any add-ons.

 

How do I get this offer?

Easy! Head to our mobile plans page and sign up for a new More SIM-only mobile service between March 1, 2024, and August 31, 2024, and use your CommBank credit or debit card for online bill payments.

 

Can I get the discount for more than 5 mobile services?

Sorry, no. Each CommBank customer can only get the discount on up to 5 mobile SIM-only services, whether it's this offer or another More SIM-only mobile offer.

 

What if I don't activate my service within 30 days?

Don't forget! You need to activate your purchased service within 30 days, or you'll forfeit the offer discounts, and the cost of your plan will revert to the RRP current at that time.

 

How long does the offer last?

You get $5 off for the first 12 months, then a 10% discount ongoing, as long as you keep paying with your CommBank credit or debit card as your online bill payment method.

 

 

Can current More SIM-only mobile customers get this deal?

When does the 12 months start if I purchase multiple services?

The 12-month promotional period begins from the day your SIM-only mobile service, signed up under this offer, is activated. For any subsequent SIM-only mobile services added to an account under this offer, the promotional period will commence from the day each additional SIM-only mobile service is activated.

 

Can I cancel my service during the promotional period and return later to utilise the remaining discounted months?

No, the offer operates on a month-to-month contract. While you can cancel your service at any time, canceling the service forfeits any remaining discounted months and the ongoing 10% discount.

 

What happens if my payment method changes to an ineligible method during the promotion period (first 12 months)?

If your payment method changes to an ineligible one during the initial 12 months, the discount is forfeited for any months paid with the ineligible method. If an eligible payment method is reinstated within the Promotion Period, any remaining discounted months available will be reinstated. Please note that no extensions are granted for forfeited discounted months.
