Who is eligible for the 20% off Home Voice plan fees offer?

This offer is available to CommBank customers who sign up for a new More Home Voice service between 01/03/2024 - 31/08/2024 and use a CommBank credit or debit card for online bill payments.

 

What does the offer include?

20% discount on Home Voice plan fees for the first 12 months, followed by a continued 10% discount on plan fees.

Are there any limitations to the offer?

The offer applies to plan fees only, excluding add-ons. It is valid for new personal Home Voice services only, and customers must continue using an eligible CommBank payment method.

 

Can I combine this offer with other Voice discounts?

No, this offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Voice offer or discount.

 

Is there a limit to the number of services eligible for the discount?

Yes, CommBank customers are entitled to a discount on a maximum of 2 Home Voice services per More account, whether under this offer or any other More Home Voice offer.

 

When does the 12-month discount period start if I purchase multiple services?

The 12-month promotional period begins for each voice service from the day the individual service, signed up under this offer, is activated.

 

Can I cancel my service and return later to use the remaining discounted months?

Absolutely. This offer comes with no fixed-term contract, allowing you to cancel at any time, however, if you cancel within the promotional period, any remaining months of 20% off plan fees are forfeited. Cancelling after the promotional period forfeits the ongoing discount.

 

If I cancel my service, can I sign up for the offer again later?

Unfortunately, no. If you sign up for a More plan under this offer and subsequently cancel your service at any time, you won't be eligible to receive the offer again.

 

What if I move house during the 12-month promotional period?

No worries. The offer can be transferred to your new address if you move house within the promotional period (first 12 months).

 

What if my payment method changes to an ineligible one during the promotional period (first 12 months)?

If your payment method changes to an ineligible one during the first 12 months, the discount is forfeited for months paid with the ineligible method. If you reinstate an eligible payment method within the promotional period, any remaining discounted months are reinstated (no extensions for forfeited months). What if my payment method changes to an ineligible one after the 12-month period? If the payment method changes to an ineligible one after the 12 months, the ongoing discount is forfeited entirely, and access to the offer is revoked from the following month, with no option to reclaim it.
