Do I need to supply my bank account details at sign up?

No, you do not need to provide bank account details at sign up. During sign up, you will be asked to provide a payment method to cover any upfront charges, such as your first month’s plan fee or any equipment costs.

After your account is set up, you can choose your preferred payment method, including direct debit from a bank account, through the Self Care Portal.
